About Our Founder

Jennifer Brown-Shoman founded Shoman Staffing Services in 2013, bringing more than 25 years of experience working in the local staffing market. She and her entire team are dedicated to helping recruit, screen, and refer qualified candidates to meet employers’ needs. Jennifer is CSP accredited by the American Staffing Association. 

Meet Our Staff

Marisela Jaramillo

Marisela Jaramillo, our Top Recruiter brings eight years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. She worked with Jennifer previously at Snelling Staffing, and she has a keen ability to source and screen top talent. Her goal is helping our clients acquire the best fit for their positions. Marisela enjoys helping clients find the “needle in the haystack” candidate. Music to her ears is a candidate accepting an offer with excitement and the hiring manager equally enthusiastic about landing that top performer. Add to that an amazing work ethic, honesty and a passion for our industry. Marisela enjoys traveling around the world, cooking and attending her son’s sports events. She also has a passion for the beauty industry, as a Makeup Artist she makes women feel beautiful and confident.

Samantha Rinaldi

Samantha Rinaldi is our Compliance Administrator. She graduated from Pima as a Medical Administrative Assistant but started working temporarily for Jennifer as an Administrative Assistant at Snelling Staffing. Nine years later she is still the friendly face of our office. Samantha processes our payroll and billing, oversees all documentation, conducts audits and works very closely with our Bookkeeper to ensure accounts receivables are up to date. Samantha really enjoys making our clients’ jobs easier, whether by helping them navigate their vendor management systems or delivering checks to a location, she truly is a big asset not only to our office but to our clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids. Her hobby is making etched glass mugs for her friends and family.

Roxy Robles

Hospitality Manager Roxy Robles, has 15 years in the Food & Beverage business, before joining Shoman Staffing, most recently with the Tamaya Hyatt Resort. She loves the fact that the Hospitality industry brings constant change, since no event is quite like another. She excels at her job because she cares, and brings that empathy and warmth to all contacts that she makes. She is also reliable and efficient. In her spare time, she loves to play sports with her children, sing and do arts and crafts. Roxy also knows some sign language!

Andrew Murphy

Hospitality Manager Andrew Murphy, has been in the hospitality/customer service field for over 15 years. He was with Hyatt for five years in guest services, in room dining and banquets. He was in the Army for eight years and played baseball at the College Level Division 2. Andrew enjoys the challenge that our industry brings every day. He’s an asset to Shoman Staffing because he excels at teamwork, and solving issues quickly and effectively. In his free time, Andrew loves to be outdoors with his three amazing boys.

Jennifer Brown-Shoman

Jennifer Brown-Shoman opened Shoman Staffing Services in 2013, with the help of her fabulous staff. She began her journey in the Staffing Industry in 1990, working at an agency in New York City. She began working at Snelling Staffing in Albuquerque in 1993, and managed that office until 2013. Over the years she has been honored to worked with many of the Duke City’s finest businesses. She is most proud of her wonderful staff, and works hard to provide an enjoyable work environment. What excites her most is constantly learning by working with a variety of people and businesses. As she says “you can never know everything about every job.” Jennifer is a HUGE Walt Disney fan, and was born on his 60th birthday. Her dream trip would be a month- long trip to Disney World and Epcot.

Cheyanne Grissom

Cheyanne Grissom has been an Administrative Assistant for Shoman Staffing since 2014. She graduated from UNM in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Cheyanne is very organized, efficient and conscientious. She also provides a very high level of customer service to our clients and employees. Her passion is working with children, and she enjoys baking and going to the movies with her fiancé.
